摘要
通过理论分析与实际焊接工艺试验相结合 ,研究出 1组最佳匹配的焊接及热处理工艺规范参数应用于施工现场厚壁 A335 P2 2 钢管材的焊接中 。
A 335 P 22 steel made super thick pipe is used for main steam tube of Yangquan No.2 Power Plant 300 MW unit .Because of the large scale of the specification and high content of Cr and Mo alloy element,the welding joint is inclined to be quenched and produce flaw.A group of well matched technical specification parameter is deduced through theory analysis and welding practice and is applied to the super thick pipe weiding process at worksite.As a result the satisfactory weld joint quality is obtained.
