摘要
研究了电流密度、搅拌速度等因素对电镀Ni-P-WC复合镀层的影响.所采用的工艺能以26.4μm/h的速度获得含43.2%(wt)、32%(vol)WC的镀层.x-射线衍射、扫描电镜、电子探针等测定表明,镀层具有非晶态结构,经400℃热处理后,弥散析出Ni_3P、NiP、Ni_xP_y,镀层结构转变为晶态,且硬度显著提高.
The effects of current density and agitation speed on electroplating Ni-P-WC composite coating were investigated. Composite coating containing 43.2% (wt) or 32% (vol) WC can be obtained at a rate of 26.4 μm/h with the process recommended. Inspection by x-ray diffraction, SEM and EPMA indicated that the coating is amorphous and can be transformed into normal crystal structure by disperse precipitation of Ni_3P_3, NiP and Ni_xP_y through heat treatment at 400℃ so as to increase its hardness.
