新形势下高校学生党员队伍建设存在的问题与对策

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of the Student Party Team under the New Circumstances

高校学生党员队伍的素质、作用发挥得充分与否,影响着党在人民群众中的形象和威信,关系着社会改革、发展和全面进步。高校要大力加强学生党员的队伍建设,充分发挥广大学生党员的先锋模范带头作用,这是践行科学发展观的一项具有战略性意义的任务。笔者针对目前高校学生党员队伍建设存在的问题,为高校学生党员队伍建设的加强和创新提出切实可行的对策。

Whether the level of the student Party team in the university is high and the student Party team in the university plays a role or not, which directly influence Party＇s image and prestige among the people and social reform, development and overall progress. Universities should vigorously strengthen the construction of the student Party team, and give full play to the exemplary role of student Party member. This is a strategic task which fulfills the scientific development concept. This article puts forward some feasible countermeasures for the enhancing and innovation of the construction of the student Party team in the university aim at the current existing problems of the construction of the student Party team in the uni- versity.
