摘要
随着中国各项体制的深化改革,人事制度也随之发生了巨大的变化,其中最典型的特征就是择业观念的改变导致人才流动加快,从而使得人事档案管理工作出现了很多新的特点。再者,网络化、信息化、数字化等现代化特征时代的到来,使人事档案工作更具有新的时代特征。因此,新时期的人事档案管理工作既有新的机遇,又面临着新的挑战。笔者分析了在人才流动性强、体制变化快的情况下,人事档案管理工作中出现的难点,并提出了几点应对办法,以期更好地做好新时期人事档案管理工作。
Along with the deepening reform of the system of China's personnel system, great changes have happened and the most typical feature is that the change of people's career ideas leads to talent flow faster. So the management of personnel archives shows a lot of new characteristics. What's more, with the advent of the new era with the networking, informationization, digitalization and other modern fea
-tures, the personnel archives work has reflected the new characteristics of the times. Therefore, the management of personnel archives in the new era is facing the new opportunities as well as new challenges. Based on the analysis of the fast talent flow, the rapid system changes and the difficulties of personnel ar- chives administration, the author puts forward some suggestions on the effective management of personnel archives in the new period.
