全球现代性视野下的凉山彝区双语教育思考 被引量:4

The Thinking of Liangshan Area's Bilingual Education in the View of the Global Modernity

摘要 凉山彝区曾辉煌一时的双语教育走向衰落,是少数民族文化遭遇全球现代性的一种样态,是全球现代性的同化、普遍主义在排除异己过程中所导致的后果。彝族人群体面对这一冲击的"理性"选择是积极"同化",然而在"积极同化"的过程中,少数民族文化在逐渐衰退。面对这种悖论,我们应该正视少数民族双语教育的必要性和重要性;同时采用三语教学,从以往国家倡导的"民汉兼通"人才转变为全球化背景下的"民汉外兼通"人才。 Assimilation,universalism,and the modernity currently being faced by the ethnical minority′s culture are among the main reasons for the decline of bilingual education in Liangshan.As a seemingly rational choice,the Yi people have positive thoughts about assimilation.During this process,however,the ethnical minority's culture gradually declines as a consequence.Given this paradox,we should realize the necessity and significance of bilingual education.Perhaps instead of fully assimilating the education system,it might be better for the government to just adopt policies that promote multilingual teaching-meaning providing education in English,Chinese,and the ethnic group's respective language.
