摘要
介绍了一种基于制冷型CCD相机的生物芯片扫描仪光学检测系统。通过对生物芯片扫描仪工作原理的分析,总结出了CCD选型原则和光学检测系统荧光收集物镜的重要设计参数。借助于ZEMAX光学设计软件设计出了具有大数值孔径(0.4)、长工作距离(7mm)、适用于可见光全光谱下的荧光物镜,提高了扫描仪荧光收集效率。评价了该荧光收集物镜的成像质量,各方面参数符合扫描仪设计要求。
An optical detection system is presented in a cooled CCD-based biochip scanner. Through the analysis of scanner working principle, the selection principle of CCD and the key optical parameters of lens design in the biochip scanner are summarized. A novel object is designed by the ZEMAX optical design software, with big numerical aperature(0.4), long working distance(7mm) and working under visible spectrum. The fluorescence collection efficiency is improved. The objective with good imaging quality is evaluated, and the parameters meet the design requirements of biochip scanner.
