21世纪我国西部铁路网建设格局综述

COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW ON CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE OF RAILWAY NETWORK IN WEST CHINA IN 21ST CENTURY

当前 ,我国面临西部大开发机遇 ,2 1世纪将掀起铁路建设高潮 ,今后到 2 0 50年 ,预计西部铁路网需新建铁路约 30 0 0 0 km,约占全国需新增铁路里程的 54.5% ,略大于今后中东部所需新建铁路的总和。作者综合几年来各类铁路期刊文献有关论述 ,对西部铁路网建设格局作了分析归纳 ,并提出几点看法和建议。

Nowadays,facing on the opportunity of wide open and big development of the West China,a high tile of railway construction will be raised in the 21st century.Hereafter to year 2050,it is forecasted that the newly built railways for the railway network in West China will be nearly 30 000 km,which is the 54.5% of total amount of newly built railways in 21st century in the whole China,and is larger than the sum of newly built railways in Middle China and East China.The author summarizes the relative theses issued in different railway periodicals in recent few years,analyzes and concludes the construction structure of the railway network in the West China in 21st centruy,and proposes several opinions and suggestions.
