摘要
以沪杭复线上一些工程建设项目的经验为基础 ,对目前建设单位搞好项目管理 ,提出下列 6方面建议 :(1 )狠抓设计管理 ;(2 )严格招、投标管理 ;(3)加强对合同的管理 ;(4)推行监理制度 ;(5)加强工程项目实施中的管理和验收转产工作 ;(6)加强基建管理 ,不断提高决策水平。
Based on the experiences of several engineering construction projects on the Hu Hang double track railway,etc,the suggestions concerned with the following six aspects for doing well the project management in the recent construction departments are proposed:(1)devoted to the management of design,(2)enforcing the management of bidding and tendering,(3)streng thening the contract management,(4)pursuing the supervision system,(5)enforcing the management during the implementation of the engineering project,as well as its acceptance and being put forward into operation,(6)strengthening the management of the capital construction so as to raise the quality of decision.
