摘要 汽车的转向车轮在回正力矩的作用下可以满足恢复到直线行驶的要求。回正力矩仿真程度是影响驾驶员能否达到实车检验效果的关键因素。本文通过单片器控制直流电机来达到模拟汽车在行驶过程中的回正力矩的效果。本系统通过计算机计算出汽车在行驶过程中的回正力矩,再经过串口通信电路把这个数据传送到单片机上,单片机通过PWM(脉宽调制)控制直流电机实现力矩的输出来实现汽车转向系统回正力矩的仿真。经过实验验证,本系统不但使汽车行驶过程中的实际情况得到了准确的反映,而且还比较准确的模拟了汽车转向系统受到的回正力矩。 Steering wheel in the return nnder the action of positive torque to meet the requirements for retun to the straight running.Aligning torque simulation level is a real car test driver can achieve the effect of key factors. In this paper, a monolithic control DC motor to achieve the simulated vehicle in motion the process of aligning torque effect. The system through the computer to calculate the car in motion the process of aligning torque, and then send this data via a serial interface to the microcontroller, the microcontroUer through the PWM (pulse width modulation) control the DC motor to achieve the output torque to achieve aligning torque steering system simulationo Experimental results show that this system not only makes the cars with the actual situation of the process to get an accurate reflection, but also more accurate simulation of the car's steering system by aligning torquec.
