以实例说明价值工程在自行车小零件电镀工艺改革中的应用.通过功能评价和成本分析证实采用光亮镀锌+封闭漆工艺此原用的铜-镍-铬工艺更为合适,还说明了新工艺的经济效益.

An example for the use of value engineering during redesigning of electroplating processes for small bicycle parts was cited. Evaluation of functions as well as cost analysis led to the conclusion that bright zinc plating plus lacquering would be better than the combination of Cu-Ni-Cr deposits for those parts. Economical results of the process chosen were also given.
