摘要
本文针对煤矿井壁变形问题设计了一种实时监控系统,来预防井壁事故的发生。结合现代检测、通讯技术和萤火虫算法,采用温度传感器,多路压力传感器测量井壁的变形信息,并将各检测单元所得数据经由MCU演算,同时把数据传送到地面中心计算机,地面工作人员即可实时地掌握井壁的形变情况。该系统可实时测量和监控,其检测精度高、鲁棒性好,且可根据需要接入Ethernet或者LAN,实现远程监控和数据共享。
In this paper, the design of coal mine shaft lining deformation of a real-time monitoring system to prevent sidewall accidents. Combined with modem detection technology, communication technology and firefly algorithm, using a temperature sensor, multi-channel pressure sensor wall deformation information and data obtained by the detection unit MCU calculus, while the central computer connected to the ground, ground staffto real-time control wall deformation conditions. Tiffs d&ign can be real-time measurement and monitoring, high precision, robustness, long life, and may need to access Ethemet or LAN, remote monitoring and data sharing.
