大脑中动脉狭窄患者经颅多普勒与数字减影血管造影对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)诊断大脑中动脉(MCA)狭窄的价值。方法对71例缺血性脑血管病患者的大脑中动脉分别行TCD和数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,并将检查结果进行对比分析。结果以DSA为标准,TCD诊断大脑中动脉狭窄的敏感性为77.59%,特异性为92.86%,符合率为86.62%,假阳性率为11.76%,假阴性率为14.29%。结论TCD对大脑中动脉狭窄具有较高的诊断价值,可作为DSA检查之前的筛检手段。
