化学镀光亮Ni-P合金的初步研究

A Primary Study on Electroless Plating of Bright Ni-P Alloy

在酸性化学镀Ni-P合金糟液中加入光亮剂可获得光亮Ni-P合金镀层.其含磷量为8～11%.镀层的致密性、填平性和抗腐蚀性优异,表面呈镜面光泽.在潮湿环境中存放一年仍不失色.镀液的稳定性超过未加光亮剂的酸性化学镀Ni-P合金的镀液.使用过的镀液存放一年仍然稳定,还可继续使用.

Mirror bright Ni-P alloy deposit with 8～11% of phosphorus may be obtained from an acidic electroless plating bath containing brightener. Being in high density, the film thus obtained is smooth, well resistant to corrosion and also resistant to tarnishing even after a year's storage under moisture conditions. Such bath can be used again after one year's stoppage, showing that its stability is higher than those without brightener.
