右房起搏对心脏再同步化治疗的利与弊

摘要 右房(RA)起搏对心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)患者的血流动力学影响存在两面性,房室间期(AVI)是其决定因素。因优化方法各异,RA起搏时如何设置最佳AVI尚无定论。RA起搏可能恶化心力衰竭患者的心室同步性,而对心房颤动发生的影响尚不明确。现有的临床试验初步结果提示RA起搏既不能给CRT患者带来长期的临床获益,也不增加不良事件。
