摘要
窦房结细胞的结构具有异质性,其自发性动作电位保证了窦房结的正常功能,细胞膜上各种离子通道的综合作用保证心脏功能的稳定。钾离子通道在窦房结细胞自发性动作电位复极过程中发挥重要作用。
