以缓慢心率为首发症状的家族性心肌致密化不全二例

摘要 病例1,女性,21岁。主因头昏乏力入院。心电图:心率40次/分,Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞。心脏超声提示左室心肌致密化不全。安装永久性人工心脏起搏器治疗。病例2,女性,25岁,为病例1的姐姐。平素无不适,心电图:窦性心动过缓,心率50次/分。心脏超声考虑左室心肌致密化不全。姐妹2人均表现缓慢心律失常,提示心肌致密化不全有一定家族遗传倾向。
