综述了高锰酸钾在碱性内蚀/去污工艺、阳极氧化工艺、清除氧化皮、钝化处理、镀液维护、镀液分析等表面处理工艺中的应用,列举了其中的一些配方.
Application of permanganate in surface treatment processes such as alkaline etch-back /desmear, anodic oxidation, oxidation film removal, passivation of zinc film, analysis and maintenance of plating bath etc. were summarized with formulae of the solution for such processes being listed.
