摘要
在MDT(Mechanical DeskTop)平台上实现了船舶机舱动力管系的参数化设计与布置。该方法与传统造船模式相比,可大大降低管系设计与布置中的返工率和管材浪费。编制的三维实体建模软件包可进行压缩空气管系、燃油与滑油管系的设计及管系绘制与布置工作,并可在三维可视化环境中进行干涉检查。
The parametric design and arrangement of dynamic piping in cabin based on MDT are realized. In contrast to traditional shipbuilding mode, this method can sharply lower the rate of repetition and material wasting in pipe design and arrangement period. The 3D solid modeling software can perform design and equipment of compressed air piping, fuel piping and lubricated piping. Also, the software can display whether intervention happens in visual 3D environment.
