维持性血液透析患者血压节律的研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 维持性血液透析（Maintenance Hemodialysis．MHD）患者中有70％-80％的患者存在透析前血压升高，并且难以较好地控制。高血压同MHD患者的心血管死亡率和全因死亡率密切相关。血液透析过程中的血流动力学变化使心血管死亡率增加3倍。
