自制小夹板外固定结合中成药治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床研究

Made Small Splint Fixed Combination of Proprietary Chinese Medicine Treatment of Elderly Distal Radial Fracture Clinical Research

目的观察手法复位小夹板外固定加我院自制中药治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用传统手法复位,我院自制小夹板外固定,结合我院自制中成药治疗老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折1765例,均于4～6周后解除外固定,骨折愈合良好,伴有心脑血管疾病患者无内科疾病加重迹象。结果本组1765例均随访8个月至2年,按Dienst功能评定标准[1],优1560例、良118例、可87例、差0例。优良率为95.08%。结论手法复位小夹板外固定加中药分期辨证治疗老年桡骨远端骨折疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of distal fracture of radius in aging treated with manipulative reduction , extemal fixation by small splint and traditional Chinese medicine by self-control.Methods 1765 patients of Colles Fracture of distal radius were treated with traditional manipulative reduction , extemal fixation by small splint and Chinese patent medicine by self-control.The extemal fixations of these examples were all removed in 4～6 weeks.All the fractures healed well and no aggravations occurred in patients accompanied with cardiovascular and cere-brovascular diseases.Methods The groups of all 1765 examples were followed up in 8 months to 2 years.According to the functional evaluation criteria of Dienst , 1560 examples in 1765 recovered excellent , 118 examples recovered good , 87 examples recovered fine , 0 example recovered poor. The rate of fineness is 95.08%.Results The curative effect is remarkable in distal fracture of radius in aging treated with manipulative reduction , extemal fixation by small splint and traditional Chinese medicine by self-control.
