中医诊断学教学中培养学生临床思维的策略

Strategy to Cultivate the Clinical Thinking of Students in TCM Diagnostics

临床思维是临床能力的核心和基础,是成为一名合格医生的前提条件,在中医基础课程学习阶段培养学生的临床思维方式十分重要。笔者在中医诊断学教学中,通过引入情境教学、讨论式教学、比较思维模式等策略,培养学生的中医临床思维,为培养合格的中医临床医生奠定基础。

Clinical thinking ability is the core and foundation,is to become a qualified doctor＇s preconditions.It is very important to cultivate the clinical thinking of students in TCM basic course stage.In TCM diagnostics courses,method of situational teaching,discussion and comparative are used to cultivate the TCM clinical thinking.It will lay the foundation for training qualified TCM clinicians.
