小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的术后护理

Strengthening the Postoperative Care to Promote the Efficacy of Using Small Needle-knife to Treat Knee Osteoarthritis

目的通过术后护理提高小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效以及降低复发率。方法对48例用小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的患者术后进行按压30min,24h后进行中药封包治疗,一天2次,每次40min,治疗7天。结果术后随访6个月,治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组,复发率比对照组低。结论该措施能有效地提高小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效,降低复发率。

Objective To promote the efficacy and reduce the relapse rate of using small needle-knife to treat knee osteoarthritis through strengthening the postoperative care.Methods 48 knee osteoarthritis patients whom had been treated by small needle-knife therapy were asked for pressing the wound for 30 minutes.After 24h they had taken a treatment of traditional Chinese medicine packets for 40 minutes twice everyday and for 7 days.Results After 6 months,the efficacy of treatment group is better than control group and the former’s relapse rate is lower.Conclusions These measures can promote the efficacy of using small needle-knife to treat knee osteoarthritis effectively and reduce the relapse rate.
