研究生课程进修班作为在职研究生教育的一种学习形式,已经越来越普及并被社会所接受。他们与全日制的研究生相比,具有学习目的性强、实践经验丰富等特点。同时,在学员方面存在工学矛盾突出,出勤率低,学习方式欠缺,积极性不高等缺点;教学方面存在办学点资质良莠不齐,授课教师水平参差不齐,课程设置无层次化,考试制度不完善,成绩不能反映真实水平等问题。因此在培养及管理上应该针对其特点,有效地进行培养及管理。

As a learning form of on-job postgraduate education,graduate course class for advanced studies has become increasingly popular and accepted by society.Compared with the full-time graduate students,they have some characteristic which are strong study purposiveness and plentiful practical experience,and so on.At the same time,there are also some weakness on student,such as the obvious contradiction between work and study,low attendance,lack of learning style,and low enthusiasm for learning and so on.As well as mixed education institution qualification,uneven on instructor teaching-level,hierarchical curriculum provision and imperfect examination system,the results cannot reflect the true level and so on.Therefore we should focus on the education and management direct at the characteristic,improve and manage effectively.
