优质护理在内科护理中的应用

Application Analysis of the High Quality Nursing Care in Internal Medicine Nursing

目的分析优质护理在内科护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院内科2012年1～12月1号到5号病房作为优质护理试点病房,随机抽取优质护理病房的患者80例作为观察组,同时抽取普通病房的80例患者作为对照组,采用自行设计的调查问卷,对两组患者满意度进行调查,同时比较两组患者压疮发生率。结果观察组总体满意率为96.25%;对照组总体满意率为75.0%;观察组总体满意率明显高于对照组,观察组压疮发生率为3.75%;对照组压疮发生率为11.25%;两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论优质护理对巩固治疗效果,提高患者满意度及减少并发症发生均具有积极的作用。

Objective To analyze the application of the high quality nursing care in internalmedicine nursing effect.
