摘要
目的优选金水保肝灵颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验和正交试验设计,以芍药苷的含量和总固物为指标,考察提取次数、提取时间、浸泡时间和料液比的影响,优选最佳提取工艺。结果金水保肝灵颗粒最佳提取工艺为药材提取2次,第一次加12倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,第二次加水10倍量,煎煮1.0小时。结论优选的提取工艺方法可行、工艺稳定、重复性好。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Jinshui Baoganlinggranule. Methods Using the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,with the content of paeoniflorin and total solids as indicators of extracting, we observed factors such as extraction times, extraction time, soaking time and solid-liquid ratio, that effect the extraction, optimize the extraction technology. Results The optimum extraction technology for Jinshui Baoganlin4ggranul was:the extraction times of the herbs was 2, and first with 12 times amount of water, boiling 1.5 hours, second time with 10 times amount of water,boiling 1 hour. Conclusion The optimum extraction technology was feasible,stable andgood repeatability.
