摘要
中国传统医学和源于古印度的瑜伽,虽然起源地不同,但是均讲究饮食对人体健康的重要性。印度传统瑜伽将食物分为悦性食物、变性食物、惰性食物,我们试图用中医饮食所讲究的四气五味来探讨瑜伽饮食的特色,从而阐述饮食与健康的相关性。通过此次研究分析,我们发现,瑜伽所倡导的多食悦性食物,其针对的人体多为平和体质。
Chinese traditional medicine and Yoga which originated from ancient India are origin of different place,but they all pay attention to the importance of diet to human health. Diet is divided into Sattvik food,Rajasik food, Tamasik food in India traditional yoga, we try to discuss the features of yoga diet from four qi and five tastes in Chinese traditional medicine, and explain the relationship between diet and health. We found eating Sattvik food which is advocated from Yoga is apply to flat constitution people.
