美宝与SD-Ag对比治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤80例

The Mabel and SD-Ag Contrast Care Treatment of Deep Second-degree Burns to 80 Cases Observed

目的比较湿润烧伤膏与磺胺嘧啶银糊治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效。方法随机选择80例深Ⅱ度烧伤病人,一组采用湿润烧伤膏,另一组采用磺胺嘧啶银糊剂。观察两组的愈合时间、愈合方式、疼痛效果、瘢痕出现率、感染发生率、手术例数。结果深Ⅱ度烧伤使用美宝止痛效果优于SD-Ag糊,创面愈合时间和瘢痕发生率与后者相似,抑菌作用较SD-Ag差。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤疗效与磺胺嘧啶银相比无明显优势,应酌情选用。

Objective Compare MEBO and silver sulfadiazine in the treatment of deep second-degree bums efficacy. Methods We randomly select 80 cases of deep second-degree burns patients, a group with MEBO,another group was treated with silver sulfadiazine paste. Observed the groups healing,healing way,the effect of pain,scar occurrence,the incidence of infection,the number of surgical eases. Results deep ]1 degree bums Ma- bel analgesic effect superior to SD-Ag paste,wound healing and scar incidence of the latter similar inhibitory effect than SDAg poor. Conclusion MEBO in treating deep U degree bum wounds with silver sulfadiazine was no obvious advantage, should be used as appropriate.
