摘要
目的探讨中医临床护理路径在急性单纯性阑尾炎的可行性与应用效果。方法对我科收治的急性单纯性阑尾的70名住院患者随机分成研究组和对照组各35名,研究组实施中医临床护理教育路径。结果实验组在住院时间、住院及治疗费用、患者及家属满意度、相关并发症等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性单纯性阑尾炎采用系统的临床护理教育路径,可为患者提供更优质的护理服务。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of application of clinical nursing path of traditional Chinese medicine in acute simple appen- dicitis. Methods acute simple appendicitis treated in our department from 70 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into study group and control group each 35,the research group received clinical nursing education path of traditional Chinese medicine. Results in the experimental group were bet- ter than in the time in hospital, and the cost of treatment, patient and family satisfaction, complications rdated to the control group（ P （0. 05）. Con- clusion acute simple appendicitis using clinical nursing education system, can provide better quality of service for patient care.
