青风藤植物不同部位中青藤碱的含量测定 被引量:5

摘要 目的测定青风藤植物不同部位中青藤碱的含量,为合理有效地开发青风藤中药资源提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Diamonsil-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水(50:50)为流动相,检测波长为262nm,流速:1.0ml/min;进样量10μl条件下测定。结果青藤碱在0.27μg~13.50μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.46%,RSD值为1.66%;青风藤根中青藤碱的平均含量为1.65%,藤茎皮为1.35%,茎为0.28%,叶为0.11%。结论不同部位青风藤中青藤碱的含量具有较大差异,其中根中最高,藤茎皮次之,茎和叶中较低。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of sinomenine in different parts of caulis sinomenii medicinal materials. Methods Stationary phase was Diamonsil-C18 column(4.6 x 250ram, 5~m) ~ mobile phase was methanol-water(50 : 50) ; UV detection wave- length was set at 262nm,and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results Sinomenine showed the good linear relationship in the range of 0. 27μg-- 13. 50μg ( r = 0. 9997). The average recovery rate was 99. 46% with RSD1.66% ( n = 7). The average content of sinomeninc in root of caulis si- nomenii was 1.65 %, rattan bark was 1.35 %, stem was 0.28 % and leaf was 0. 11%. Conclusions The results showed that there was a significant differentiation in the contents of sinomenine in the above caulis sinomenii medicinal materials samples described in this article and the content is the root was the highest in the samples.
