清宣合剂雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎80例

Clinical Observation on 80 Cases of Bronchial Pneumonia in Children Treated with Qingxuan Agent Aerosol Inhalation

目的观察中药经验方清宣合剂治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法将纳入标准的160例小儿支气管肺炎(风热闭肺型)患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,两组均采用静注或口服规定剂量的头孢呋辛或阿奇霉素、对症治疗等相同的西医综合治疗,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用自拟中药方清宣合剂雾化吸入,治疗7天后观察疗效。结果治愈率、显效率治疗组分别为66.25%、27.5%,对照组分别为53.75%、30%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医西药治疗的基础上,使用中药进行超声雾化吸入,具有缩短病程,症状缓解率、治愈率高,副作用小,给药方便的优点,是治疗小儿支气管肺炎的理想方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine prescription Qingxuan mixture in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia. Methods 160cases of children bronchial pneumonia methods will be incorporated into the standard ( wind-heat blocking the lung type ) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 80cases in each group , the two groups by intravenous injection or oral treatment of integrated Western medicine prescribed the same dose cefuroxime and azithromycin , symptomatic treatment , treatment group was added with the prescription Qingxuan mixture aerosol inhalation on the basis of Western medicine treatment , 7days of treatment efficacy.Results the cure rate , effective rate of treatment group were 66.25% , 27.5% , control group were 53.75% , 30% , the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion on the basis of Western medicine treatment , the use of Chinese medicine by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation , can shorten the course of disease , symptom relief rate , high cure rate , less side effect , has the advantages of convenient to medicine , is ideal for the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia.
