摘要
目的初步了解岳阳临床医学院中医专业学生批判性思维的现状,以及在床边教学中运用CPBL教学法后对批判性思维的提升作用。方法将30名中医专业学生分别运用CPBL床边教学与传统小讲课教学方式授课,连续5个月后观察授课前后批判性思维的变化。结果目前小样本结果提示岳阳临床医学院中医专业学生总体存在负性批判性思维,经床边教学中运用CPBL教学法,学生的批判性思维获得了提升,达到正性批判性思维,且优于传统教学。结论中医专业学生在床边教学中运用CPBL教学法,学生的批判性思维值得提升,值得推广。
Objective:To have a preliminary understanding of critical thinking of T. (2. M. interns in Yueyang Clinical Medicine College. And also to know the promoting effect of critical thinking after using CPBL in beside teaching. Methods 30 T. C. M. interns were randomly divided into CP- BL Beside Teaching Group and Conventional Lecture Teaching Group. Critical thinking were evaluated before and after 5-month teaching. Results and Conclusions Small sample shows that negative critical thinking were existed among interns. By using CPBL beside teaching,critical thinking were promoting and become positive. CPBL beside teaching were superior to conventional lecture teaching and were worth promotion.
