摘要 笔者自2009年11月开始在北京H中学开展学校社会工作,经过与优等生长期接触,逐渐发现优等生"光环"背后的心理压力,并在实践中努力摸索干预策略。本研究采用质性研究方法,通过小组访谈、单独会谈、电话、短信、QQ等方式收集资料,用类属分析及情景分析对资料进行解读,并在Kumpher的个体—环境抗逆力运行模型的框架下,对优等生的压力源、抗逆力过程进行细致探查,最后提出若干社会工作干预建议。 Since November 2009,the author begun to carry out school social work in H middle school of Beijing.After contact with the top students for a long time,the researcher gradually found that top students has the mental pressure behind the 'halo',and spent great efforts to grope for intervention strategy in practice.This study applies qualitative research methods and by the way of group discussion,individual interview,phone calls,text messages and QQ,to collect information.And also interpret data by generic analysis and scenario analysis,and under Kumpher’s Individual-environmental model of resilience operating,the researcher gives a detailed exploration of the resilience and pressure sources of the top students,and proposes social work intervention.
