广西高校社会工作教育发展问题初探——基于广西8所高校的调查

Social Work Education Development Issues of Colleges and Universities in Guangxi:Based on the Investigation of 8 Ordinary Universities

十余年来广西高校社会工作教育虽然取得了较大的进展,但与国内一些发达省区相比却明显滞后。制度环境问题和高校内部管理问题困扰着广西高校社会工作教育的发展。一方面需要有关党政部门要采取积极措施优化制度环境,另一方面要求高校内部更加重视社会学与社会工作学科的地位和作用,采取切实有效的办法改善学科建设的条件,共同促进广西高校社会工作教育的发展。

Based on the investigation of 8 ordinary colleges and universities in Guangxi which have established Social Work specialty,the authors comprehensively describe the development of social work education in Guangxi.They point out that although social work education has made a great progress in Guangxi over the past ten years,it still lags behind compared with developed provinces.The authors argue that factors which influence the development of social work education can be divided into two categories.One is institutional environment and the other is internal management system of colleges and universities.The authors propose that relative departments of the party and government should take positive measures to optimize the institutional environment,and colleges and universities should attach more importance to the status and function of sociology and social work and take concrete and effective measures to improve the condition of subject construction.In this way,they can promote the development of social work education in Guangxi.
