茵栀黄口服液、贝飞达联合光疗治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效分析

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid and Bifido Combined with Phototherapy for Neonatal Jaundice

目的:观察茵栀黄口服液、贝飞达(双歧三联活菌)联合光疗治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果和安全性。方法:对2011年7月至2012年7月期间在我院儿科住院治疗的72例患者随机分成两组,对照组接受光疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上使用茵栀黄口服液联合贝飞达治疗。结果:治疗组的临床疗效为97.1%,对照组的临床疗效为89.2%,两组相互比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的医疗费用以及住院天数与对照组相比,费用降低,住院天数减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:茵栀黄口服液、贝飞达联合光疗治疗新生黄疸的临床疗效确切,安全性可靠,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect and safety of Yinzhihuang oral liquid and Bifido combined with Phototherapy in treating neonatal jaundice. Methods： 84 cases of patients who accepted pediatric treatment from July 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with Phototherapy while the treating group was treated with Yinzhihuang oral liquid as well as Bifido including Phototherapy. Results： The total effect rate in treating group（97.1%） is better than that （89.2%） in the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, patients in treating group took less medical cost and shorter hospital stays, also with statistical difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid and Bifido combined with Phototherapy in treating neonatal jaundice is convincing and reliable, which deserves promoting.
