白芍总苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Efficacy of Total Glucosides of Peony in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的:观察白芍总苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及不良反应。方法:采用随机对照临床试验将60例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为三组,分别为白芍总苷胶囊1.8 g/d加依匹斯汀10 mg/d组(A组),依匹斯汀加复方甘草酸苷150 mg/d组(B组)和单用依匹斯汀10 mg/d组(C组)。疗程均为12周。治疗前后检查患者的血、尿、粪常规及肝、肾功,同时观察记录患者的不良反应。结果:A组有效率为90.0%,B组有效率为85.0%,C组有效率为55.0%。A组和B组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组的不良反应均较少。结论:白芍总苷联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著且不良反应少,是慢性荨麻疹可供选择的有效治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and adverse effects of Total Glucosides of Peony （TGP） in the of treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods： A randomized controlled clinical trial was used in this study, 60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups. They are total glucosides of peony capsule 1.8 g/d plus epinastine 10 mg/d group （group A ）, in accordance with the horses Siting Jia compound glycy^rrhizin 150mg / d group （group B ）, and single epinastine 10 mg / d group （group C）, respectively. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. We test the patient＇s blood, urine, stool, and liver function, renal function before and after treatment, while observe and record the patients＇ adverse reactions. Results： The effective rate is 90.0% ,85.0 %, 55.0% in group A, group B and Group C, respectively. Differences of effective rate between group A and group B was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）; A, B group efficacy higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ）. There were less adverse reactions in all of the three groups. Conclusion： Total glucosides of peony joint epinastine is a effective method of treat chronic urticaria and fewer adverse reactions, and it is a chronic urticaria effective alternative treatment method.
