摘要
目的:探索前牙缺损至龈下3 mm内的残根的修复方法。方法:对20例前牙缺损至龈下甚至骨内3 mm的残根运用预成龈下桩技术进行修复,分别于修复后1个月、6个月及12个月对预成龈下桩修复体进行临床检查;应用Image Pro-Plus图像处理软件对修复前、修复后6个月及12个月的X光牙片进行比较,分析残根周围牙槽骨的吸收程度。结果:20例病例中,18例成功,2例失败;残根周围牙槽骨在不同的修复时间吸收率无统计学差异。结论:应用预成龈下桩技术修复前牙龈下3 mm内的残根,修复效果较好。
Objective: To explore an extra method to restore the anterior teeth defection within 3 mm. Methods: 20 cases of residual roots defected less than 3 mm in the gingival were applied by preformation subgingival posts. The restorations were examined in 1, 6, 12 months after treatment; Image Pro-Plus software was used to analyze alveolar bone height around the roots. Results: 18 cases were successful, 2 cases were failing. No statistical difference of alveolar bone height had been found. Conclusion: The effect of preformation subgingival posts is satisfying for restoring the anterior teeth defected within 3 mm.
