护生自主学习能力研究现状

Research status quo of nursing students'autonomous learning ability

以文献检索的方式查阅国内护生自主学习能力的相关文献,得出无论本科护生、高起点专科护生和"3+2"专科护生,还是中专护生自主学习能力总体水平都不高,但是可根据不同学历护生自身的特点,制定有效策略提高其自主学习能力。

By searching relevant literatures of nursing students'autonomous learning ability at home with document retrieval methods,it found that whether undergraduate nursing students,high starting point college nursing students and'3+2'college nursing students,or secondary school nursing students had lower overall level of autonomous learning ability,but the effective strategies could be made to improve their autonomous learning ability according to own characteristics of nursing students with different educational background.
