中国西部地区癌痛控制现状质性研究 被引量：7

Qualitative study on cancer pain control status in western region in China

摘要 世界卫生组织颁布的癌痛三阶梯治疗原则距今已有20多年,如果严格执行该原则可使75%的癌症病人疼痛得到缓解。但持续报道仍有很多病人承受着各种严重疼痛的折磨[1]。目前,在中国有300万癌症病人。一项研究显示43%的癌症病人中伴有疼痛,而51%的骨性癌痛病人的疼痛未得到充分治疗,而只有25%的晚期癌症病人疼痛症状得到有效缓解[2,3]。本研究通过医护人员、病人及其家属三方面对癌痛控制经历的描述,
