摘要
煤尘治理是煤炭装卸港口的重要研究课题,迫切需要研究开发适合于冬季除尘的防冻供水和喷淋系统。提出"移动水槽供水+GPS定位+自动控制"的解决方案,介绍方案设计、主要实施内容、系统组成。在秦皇岛港煤四期堆料机全面实施"堆料机的GPS定位与移动供水和喷淋"系统,取得较好成效。
Coal dust harness is an important research subject for coal handling port, so it is urgent to develop prevent frostbite water-supply and sprinkle system for winter dust-removing. The solution of moving trough ＋ GPS positioning ＋ automatic control water supply has been put forward by Qinhuangdao Port. The plan design, main implementing contain and system composition are introduced. This water-supply system has been implemented overall for stocker of Qinhuangdao Port Coal Phase 4, which has got good effect.
