摘要 针对桥式起重机的结构特点,采用三维设计软件solidworks建立桥式起重机主梁结构的三维模型,并对其进行了应力分析与位移分析。分析指出主梁腹板截面突变处存在严重应力集中,降低了桥式起重机的承载力,对桥式起重机的正常运行过程存在安全影响。因此有必要在改造桥式起重机时,对主梁腹板进行特殊的考虑。 Pointing against structural characteristics of bridge crane, three-dimensional model of bridge crane's gerder is build up with three-dimensional design software, and stress analysis and displacement analysis are carried out on it. It is pointed out that the concentrated stress exists heavily at the multation point of girder web section, which decreases bearing force of bridge crane and influences safety of crane during common running of it. So it is necessary to pay great attention to the girder web when the bridge crane is reformed.
