In order to enhance constructive quality of building outer walls and eliminate common trouble of leakage and split, a method of combining thermal insulation material and anti-leakage has been put forward. The reason of common trouble of leakage and split are analyzed. After broad investigation on market, an improvement is taken for constructive plan. Emphatically the main quality control keys during construction of outer wall are stated. This method has got good effect.
