摘要 综述国内外机械密封换热面对流换热系数确定方法的研究进展,包括数值计算方法和经验公式法;分析讨论各方法及各经验公式的来源、背景;选择6种不同工况,应用各个经验公式进行计算,对计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明,各计算公式获得的换热系数数量级一致,但具体数据有明显差异。选择、应用对流换热系数公式时,需根据具体工况谨慎选择。 The research progress as how to determine the convective heat transfer coefficients of mechanical seal was reviewed ,including the numerical computational methods and empirical formulae. The source and background of each empirical formula was discussed. The convective heat transfer coefficients as to six different cases were calculated and discussed. The results show that convective heat transfer coefficient magnitude obtained by all the empirical formula is the same, but the specific data are different. It should be cautious when the convective heat transfer coefficients are determined for a specific condition.
