摘要
针对间隙密封液压缸,采用CFD技术对不同结构的间隙内部流场进行仿真分析,得出流场分布及速度分布,并计算出液压缸的泄漏量,以寻求间隙密封液压缸的最优结构。液压缸的泄漏量随活塞速度、间隙的增大而增大,在加工精度允许条件下,可通过减小间隙来减小泄漏量。
To solve the seal leakage problem of the hydraulic cylinder with with different structure was analyzed by CFD method. The distribution of flow leakage of different types of clearance seal was calculated in order to find leakage is increased with the increasing of piston velocity and gap size, so the gap size under the condition permitted in machining accuracy. clearance seal, the flow field in the clearance field and velocity field was obtained, and the the optimal leakage can structure of clearance seal.
