摘要 隔板是汽轮机的核心部件,其焊接方法不仅直接影响焊接质量及焊接效率,同时也间接影响汽轮机的运行稳定性及运行效率。通过多次隔板窄间隙深坡口MAG自动焊接试验,介绍了隔板窄间隙焊接的工艺方法。 Diaphragm is the core component of steam turbine. The diaphragm of the welding method affects the quality and efficiency of welding direetly, it also affects the steam turbine running stability and efficiency indirectly. Through several MAG automatic welding test of the partition narrow gap deep groove, the partition narrow gap welding process is introduced.
