摘要 现代产品由大规模生产向大规模定制转变、同时社会对资源环境也提出了更高的要求,在此基础上提出了产品族绿色设计。而模块化设计以及产品平台设计是产品族设计的方法与手段,也是文中采用的研究方法。在对现有的产品族设计、模块化设计的一般方法进行了归纳总结,通过对已有产品的分析,能够量化描述产品族,同时利用这个量化进一步得到产品族的模块化,以提高产品族的共性及绿色属性。 With the change from mass production to mass customization and urgent requirements of environment, research on product green design is important and necessary. This paper will use modular design and product platform design as the base of the method. The aim of this paper is to get the quantitative description of the product family through analysis of existing product. And then by taking advantage of this quantified result, modularity of product family will be gained, which is considered to improve the commonalities and green attributes.
