摘要 燃气轮机作为大型舰船动力装置,是影响舰船上各种设备正常运行的重要原因,转子叶片的疲劳损坏一直影响燃气轮机的正常工作。首先利用UG软件对某型燃气轮机涡轮叶片建立了三维实体模型,通过IGES文件载入HyperMesh软件中划分网格和施加约束,最后导入ANSYS软件中,对叶片进行了约束模态分析。分析了叶片的应力分布情况,并在此基础上完成了叶片的疲劳强度计算,为叶片的设计以及改进提供了参考。 Gas turbine as ship's power equipment is an important factor that influences the normal running of the equipments on the warship. Gas turbine work has been impacted by the rotor blade fatigue damage. First the three- dimensional solid model of a gas turbine blade is established by the UG software. Then the IGES file of the model is imported to the HyperMesh software, and the finite element model is established. Finally with the ANSYS software, the constraint modal analysis of the blade is done, and fatigue strength of the blade is calculated. The research of the paper provides a reference for the design of the blade.
