摘要
液压缸是液压系统的执行元件,是将液压能转化为机械能的关键部件,所以液压缸试验是保证系统性能中具有重要意义的试验。对大型液压缸进行测试试验,加载缸的最大行程可以达到5000mm,额定压力25MPa;被测缸行程2400mm,额定压力25MPa。系统最大流量300L/min。液压缸测试用试验台结构设计巧妙,可以对不同尺寸和吨位的液压缸进行测试,具有良好的互换性。试验台可以进行包括液压缸启动压力测试,负载效率试验,行程试验等。
Hydraulic cylinder is an important executive component of hydraulic system, which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. The test platform plays a significant role in guaranteeing the performance of system. The test platform is derived to design and build a large hydraulic cylinder platform. The stroke of load cylinder can reach 5000mm, and nominal pressure is 25MPa. The stroke of the measured hydraulic cylinder reach 2400mm and nominal pressure is 25MPa. The maximum flow rate is 300I_/min. The test platform is smartly designed, which could be capacity of different cylinders. The test platform could realize starting pressure test, load efficiency test, stroke test, etc.
