摘要
浮动离心式深孔抛光装置的设计解决了大型不对称零件深孔抛光的加工难题,其设计原理是利用物体高速回转时产生的离心力。浮动离心式深孔抛光装置的结构特点就是其结构既能让抛光物有一定的浮动范围以充分利用高速回转时的离心力作为抛光力,又能限制抛光物不至于在离心力的作用下被甩出。该装置结构简单、制造成本低,有较高的推广应用价值,并已获得多项实用新型专利。
The tool of polishing deep hole can be used for polishing deep holes of large-scale unsymmetrical parts. This paper presents principle, structure and application of the tool of polishing deep hole. Because of simple structure and low cost for manufacturing, the tool of polishing deep hole has a high prospect and application value. Meanwhile, the author got the patent for the tool of polishing deep hole.
