摘要
解决了曲轴拐径切削加工过程中切削不稳定的技术难题,通过增加支承装置,提高了拐径的支承刚性及零件加工精度,提高了零件加工合格率。
To solve the technical difficulties on cutting stbility of crankpin, more supporting devices are be added in order to enhance the supporting ridigity, machining accuracy and efficiency.
