摘要
以灾害应急物流为研究对象,以运筹学存储理论为基础,以ExtendSim为仿真工具,研究随机条件下,应急物资的合理储备问题。构建储备策略模型,分析四种存储策略,以提高应急物资的利用效率。通过实际案例的仿真计算,比较四种存储策略优劣,为适应应急环境下应急物资快速响应,确定最优存储方案。通过研究,将对我国应急物资储备问题提供一些方法借鉴。
The paper studied how to solve the storage problems of emergency logistics under stochastic condition,took the disaster emergency logistics as the research object,the Operations Research storage theory as foundation,and ExtendSim as simulation tool.In order to improve the efficiency of emergency supplies,the research constructed reserve strategy model of emergency logistics and analyzed four kinds of storage strategies.Through the simulation of the real case,compare among the four kinds of storage strategies could help to ensure the best strategy which most adapt to the emergency supplies rapid response under the emergency environment.It could offer some reference methods to our country emergency supplies reserve problems.
